We really enjoyed our bamboo bungalow during our stay here. The morning views and sunrise were absolutely breathtaking and we saw it every morning. We also felt at home from the minute we arrived. The people there are super friendly and listen to all your questions and needs. You can do many activities in the area with aranka or rent bikes or scooters and ride around on your own. We appreciated the daily fruits, snacks and teas which are provided a lot and are thankful that we got to know new dishes and specialities. We also got a little chess lesson from Gilang and Azmi, who were also super friendly and chilled. The next tournament is still to come ;-) We were able to have super open conversations with all of them and learn a lot about the culture and life on Lombok. Also they try to connect themselves and other guests with each other with hosting a fire and playing the guitar for example. We would come back every time!

We had a truly incredible three days at the villa and with Abdi, who was there for us throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely view of Mount Rinjani if ​​you wake up early in the morning, as well as direct access to the rice fields. Everything is super clean and well-appointed. I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. The food was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared, using local ingredients, every meal felt nourishing and made with love. The location is a bit remote, but still within reasonable distance from the beach and local shops. If you're looking to immerse yourself in a peaceful, rural lifestyle and connect with the local community, this is the perfect place. It's not about luxury or modern comforts, so if you're expecting hot showers and hotel-style amenities, it may not be for you. But if you're open to something different and authentic, you’ll love it here. Overall, an unforgettable experience that gave me a genuine taste of local farming life. Highly recommended for those seeking something meaningful and off the beaten path.

Go here! The family is so welcoming and you will have a wonderful stay there. You can enjoy "the real lombok" here. Jar wants to take you to the highlights in the area and Russ cooks the most delicious dishes. And meanwhile the kids want to play with you and teach you new things. I really felt part of the family. The two bungalows were very nicely made, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly, we could even leave our bicycles there while we hiked the Rinjani. We had a wonderfull stay and would totally recommend it to everyone who is passing through Selong. There is also the possibility to organize hikes and other activities through the owner.

Fathul is probably the nicest host we have ever met. He was super helpful with organizing trips and experiencing local customs, showed us around in the garden and he makes a killer breakfast. The rooms are new and therefore clean and located in the middle of the rice fields. We highly recommend.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and well finished. All the furnishings and fittings are high quality. There was attention to detail in its construction.
