I am honestly speechless about this trip! The hotel is gigantic, really modern and recent and absolutely stunning! The staff were the best, made every request come true, and were the most friendly staff possible. The view is breath taking, the beach is amazing with perfect sand and a warm ocean. The pool is really good, really big and with a good view of the ocean. The room was amazing (I stayed at the King bed Ocean view) with a big terrace as well. I honestly recommend this hotel!

Great location and very close to the ferry terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, particularly the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Great pool and the beach was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Resort on Bintan was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.
