Clean, comfortable and aesthetic room. Service from the crews were fantastic. They are always polite and helpful. We arrived on the island feeling very tired from a hike and they provide ice tea and cold towel which made us feel so comfortable during the check in. At the end of our stay, Rifky attempted to help us to book transportation to our next accomodation on Lombok and found out the roads to our new accomodation was flooded and no taxis would take us there. He helped us to call the accomodation to help seek a refund. We would like to commend him for his exceptional customer service and going the extra mile for us.

The staff were super friendly and always smiling. They were very attentive during our stay. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the bungalows are beautiful. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the port, 10 minutes to the town center, and 5 minutes to the north beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

I cannot describe well enough in words how amazing stay I had in Melmay. It was definitely the nicest experience during my visit of Indonesia. Agung, Dady, Joe and Iwan are extremely helpful, make you feel very welcomed and they make sure you have everything you need. Also they have a cute kitten Koala. :) I felt there like at home and I wish I would not have to leave. There is a nice swimming pool where you can hang out. Breakfast are also very tasty, you can choose to have an omelette or smoothie bowl and during day you can have water, tea and coffee for free. Rooms are nicely decorated, there is silent A/C and you can ask to have the room cleaned every day. Also, it is conveniently located approximately 500 m from beach and turtle spot. There are 4 bungalows in total, so it foes not get too crowded either.

What’s an amazing stay… I travelled for my 30th anniversary in Bali/Lombok and that was one on my best experience. You are welcomed by a drink and a refresh towel : the best way to start your « farniente » stay on Gili Islanfs. All days long, the staff is close to you, takes care, do their best, juste awesome and that’s mean everything. The breakfast was perfect, it would just need a restaurant on site when you don’t want to go out but everything is too close on this small island, it doesn’t care, you will for sure enjoy your stay in this amazing French hostel. Everything was thought, you won’t missed anything, that was unforgettable. You must try, as a French traveler ou wherever you came from this world eyes closed, you will never forget « your » amazing moment in Solana with that kind of careful, goodwill, caring and lots-of-kindness beautiful team. Exceptional staff, hospitality & breakfast. Shout out to Mas, Wan & Antor for the hospitality. A great team of staff that felt like friends albeit for a short 3 night stay. Loved the pool which was really nice for relaxing and the room was beautiful, spacious & had everything we needed. Finally the breakfast was simply the heartiest, made from scratch with fresh & local ingredients. The smashed avo & granola bowl were memorable :) Thanks for taking care of us, from recommending places, to renting bikes, booking a snorkelling tour & taking us to the ferry port.
