We chose this property because of its proximity to the airport for our early morning flight but were blown away with how beautiful the villas + garden were. The outdoor shower was amazing and the villa was incredibly spacious. My brother left his headphones behind and the staff sent it express after him! 10/10, such a great landing place when taking domestic flights. Plus there is a delicious traditional Indonesian restaurant a couple places down which made us weary travellers very happy.

I had a bike and visited several others at a similar price - nothing compares to this. So well thought out, whoever did the design and fitout of these places. Agree with the other reviews, including lovely service. A-grade!

We had the most wonderful stay at Lobster Bay – truly a place to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location. Such a lovely experience staying at Naia. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The vibe was so good, it felt open and welcoming all hours of the day. Loved the aesthetics also. Good location on the main strip of Kuta beach area. Would absolutely stay again 😊😊

I literally fell in love with this hotel. Every single corner is carefully curated and building/furniture is super well maintained. We found every single item in the room perfectly cleaned. No insects in the room. Area is very quiet and peaceful which we loved. Perfect spot to work remotely. Pool area was very comfy and you can see all guests spending time every day at the sun beds. But if I can highlight something is the lovely staff. Super friendly. They make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. If I come back to Bali I will 100% make sure to spend days in Lombok just to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed previously and enjoyed it so much we brought our friends to stay together at the villa this time around. The stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast available and also had fun with the resident doggie, tiga, who is the sweetest boy and would greet us each time we left and came back. Overall, we would definitely come back again!
