A 10 is not enough for us to say how excellent Ayoum Suite is. From the moment we arrived, my husband and I really enjoyed the warm welcome, the nice atmosphere, the lovely staff who received us familiarly and of course all facilities are available, super hygienic. This is truly a gem that every Lombok visitor should experience. We stayed there for 2 days and will return tomorrow for 3 days. I look forward to coming Ayom home. Special thanks to Dayu and Jessie, they made our stay unforgettable. 10000 times terima kasih!

Excellent safe haven and rest stop before a larger trip. I was able to visit the Lombok Epicenter and load up on toiletries and supplies, rest a little bit poolside, and eat street food! The bathrooms are clean and eco-friendly. The terrace is beautiful, well kept and quiet. During my time, all travelers were very respectful of personal space. I would recommend this place if you need to a rest from the lively hostel environment. I would book this again anytime I am in Mataram.

We checked into a Suite room so it was lovely & spacious, big king bed, spacious clean bathroom with all the little extras, a lounge area & plenty of cupboards & shelving. We rec’d. a fresh fruit platter on the house which was a nice touch 🙏🏽 Buffet breakfast included was diverse & fresh & easy to access. All the staff were gracious, helpful & pleasant to speak with 🙏🏽 We will definitely check into this hotel another time. Thankyou

The room is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. The hosts live downstairs and were very helpful with any questions we had. Our child really enjoyed having the garden across the street and all the neighborhood children to play with. We spent 11 nights at Suci's apartment and were very comfortable throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to other families visiting this part of Lombok.

Mountain View from the 12th floor is amazing!!! Room is spacious and everything is very clean. Atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. We stay here already 3 or 4 times, for us this is the best variant to stay in Mataram. I like the area, there are some nice places for dining. we enjoy our stay very much! Thanks to Anika from the reception for the assistance and hospitality.

Our stay in the Sasak Garden Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was really delicious (amazing scrambled eggs and tasty bread). The room was clean and the standard was high. The garden was amazing (especially at night). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really recommend visiting this place.

The hotel was located in central Mataram. Senggigi was a 20min ride with Grab
