Super nice and helpful owner! I booked an advance stay for 3 nights, but I couldn't make it because I was stuck on Gilli Air due to bad weather conditions the boats back to Bali were canceled. I stayed an extra 2 days at Gili Air. Unfortunately, the terms on booking.com didn't allow me to do a refund for the 2 nights I wasn't able to come there. The owner agreed to pick me up in the Padangbai port and drive me to the villa on his motorbike free of charge. He gave me a lot of small, sweet bananas and he helped me find a driver the next day. Delicious omelet for breakfast! It was such a shame I couldn't stay in the magic bamboo house longer time

It was wonderful time there. Very nice beach with the sand. You have access to the sea just from hotel. A few resting areas. Nice pools. Room and waking area on the hotel as a museum. SPA was nice as well Restaurant proposals so tasty dishes. I wanted to try everything from the menu.

What an AMAZING place. The location, the nature, the wonderful staff, the food...I could go on and on. Everything was perfdxtand nothing was too much trouble. They treated us like royalty and always gave us free extras of different foods. I felt like family. The outdoor bathroom was extraordinary. The locations surrounded by 2 rivers was special and we could even swim in rhe river at a certain spot in the property. It was also at 25 minute walk to the exceptional Koli Koli Restaurant, which is a must- see ☺️.

    The fact it's named escape is correct. It really is in the middle of no where. Also do not let the drive there scare you, the hotel is really beautiful and they take wonderful care of you. Facilities, rooms and restaurant were excellent. Also for Czech people they have Koprovka since the owner is Czech so that was a nice surprise.

    This hotel was very clean and modern. It offers amazing facilities which means you can relax at the hotel instead of having to travel for amenities. The staff are amazing (Hamdi, Nena & Boom Boom) to name a few who made our stay extra special.

    The hotel is in a beautiful location with a clean beach and perfect access to the ocean. The swimming pool is excellent, and the whole place feels very well maintained. A great spot for a relaxing stay.

    I love the hotel-area. Close to this beautiful white, soft beach. Lovley pools. Quiet. A lot of animals. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Didn’t check out the area around.
