The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. 1. The professionalism of the staff from the security, front desk, house keeping, The Koffee and those who managed the shuttle service to Tunjungan Plaza. 2.
