We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project.
Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one!
It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

SingaporeGreat location and very close to the ferry terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, particularly the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Great pool and the beach was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.
I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone.
Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again!
The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

The hotel room is very clean, and the surroundings are so beautiful, including the beach! The rooms are very spacious. We even thought it would be nice to have the option to squeeze four beds into one room so 4 of us can be happily sleeping together.

Can't fault this place. Rooms are clean spacious and beds very comfortable. Customer service is fantastic. The breakfast is phenomenal at the sister hotel angsana and the pool and beach were amazing.
