Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

All the staff was amazing and prompt to respond to all of our needs. We just had one problem the cook did not want to make not spicy meals and although we explained numerous times to the waitress and they where very attentive to our requests the dish always had peppers or some spicy sauce. Until my wife started crying and yelling after eating a spicy pepper we did not receive what we requested. Consider this when you eat a meal there and have any alergies.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone. Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and...

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again! The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

Appreciated the free complimentary transfer to/from ferry terminal. Staff were friendly and usually responsive over Whatsapp. Pool was nice and a good place to relax. It helped that the weather was generally good when we were there. Would recommend this hotel only if you are already planning to visit Bintan, but if you are looking for a general beachside getaway with a villa I would suggest looking at another city or country as things are quite expensive with limited activity options and transport :)

Everything was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay feel special. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, the treasure bay and activities were great for the kids and the food was awesome too. We definately recommend Natra Bintan and would love to return. Thank you for the lovely relaxing break we needed!

We live in Singapore and stayed at the hotel from Friday to Sunday. It was perfect for a little get-away. We were able to relax at the beach, eat very good food, and do sports at the hotel facility (there are also some good road biking and running courses nearby). Our stay offered everything we hoped for. The hotel staff is exceptionally kind and polite!

Good value for money, breakfast was very nice for the price, everyone friendly, and I had a nice quiet night. If you want to go to the beach, you need a taxi, the hotel is close to the ferry terminal
