In this price is really amazing place. And breakfast so big and delicious. Hard to believe. Free gym and pool access also. Very comfortable rooms. Staff is really helpfull and have smile for every guest. Located near to the airport with free transfer. I love this place, I want to come back, really.

Very clean and super comfy bed. Good bathroom with perfect water pressure. Extremely soft towels.. Close to the airport, in a great location as within a complex with a supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely nice. We even had dinner there and the food was good, the chicken very tasty. Amazing value for money! I would go back any time if in the area

This is my second stay with karibia, and Karibia's customer service is a standout, cannot be faulted. I stayed at another hotel for majority of my stay (to try out other hotels in Medan) and then came back to Karibia for that excellent and welcoming experience. The lobby smells good, your room smells good, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The bellhop/porters are fantastic, you feel like VIP 👍 👌 TIP them well, they deserve it! Their executive room is the best value in Medan and beyond. Breakfast is very rich, they have a business center too, not sure why the hotel is only 3-star, maybe due to it's relatively small size or the immediate surroundings (location is centric but outside street is a bit dusty and hectic). But the experience is 5 star, at least when staying in an executive room.
