The people were always very friendly and anxious to help.

The people were always very friendly and anxious to help. There are many tourists things to do, but it is not popular tourist destination. It depends a lot on what you want and what you expect. My stay was limited I was not do my favorite thing (wandering around the the city and visiting coffee shops and restaurants and meeting and interacting with the local people) because I caught a cold.

Very comfortable and clean hotel after a long ferry trip from Togean Islands. All the staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Citimall. Buffet breakfast was very nice, including fresh cooked omelette or eggs. There was a big fish tank in the enclosed smoking room, next to the breakfast room. Restaurant on 2nd floor served a delicious steak with pepper sauce and good coffee.

The rooms are good, and you can do whaleshark tours. here. Harry & Mimin also booked the cabin on the ferry from Wakai to Gorontalo and organised transport from the harbour to the homestay. There is a nice restaurant in walking distance.

We tried to go from Gorontalo to Togean Islands, but the ferry was still under maintenance. Pipi was super helpful and organized our Trip to Marisa and a speed boat to Malenge! We have been really glad that Pipi was our contact person.
