Very convenient if you have flights to catch. As it’s only 10km away from the airport. And they also provides pick up and drop off from/to the airport, for free! Definitely going back for my next trip.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely great. The room was very well priced. The hotel is very well located, just down the road from the train station, two stunning shopping complexes nearby, Deli Park and Centre Point Medan. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

This is my second stay with karibia, and Karibia's customer service is a standout, cannot be faulted. I stayed at another hotel for majority of my stay (to try out other hotels in Medan) and then came back to Karibia for that excellent and welcoming experience. The lobby smells good, your room smells good, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The bellhop/porters are fantastic, you feel like VIP 👍 👌 TIP them well, they deserve it! Thanks Karibia, and thank you Medan, see you again soon!
