Aris and his wife Lisa run this place with a lot of love, what you can especially feel in the delicious food they serve and the conversations you exchange :) thanks to their hospitality and help with organizing our trip to Meru Beitiri and Sukamade Beach we came back home with unforgettable memories. Do ask Aris about Sukamade and do not leave Kalibaru without going there.

We had a very good time at Pondok Is Oke, the family was very nice with us, they arranged shuttle and Ijen tour for us. The place was clean and comfortable, in the middle of their farm's fields. Breakfast was good. The place relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend this place for a trip to Ijen.

Amazing accommodation with beautiful rooms. Nice location. Helpful staff who arranged everything we needed, including contacting the people who arranged the trip to Ijen. We needed to leave early in the morning and an earlier breakfast was not a problem.
