Wai resort is a little paradise, with comfortable beach-view bungalows just few meters from the coral reef. The staff is amazing, starting from Sidi who helped in every occasion and took great care of us. The menu is Italian based which is a plus, but also local dishes are available and all the kitchen staff is superb. I strongly recommend the resort also for divers and snorkels, best coral reef ever.

Dear James and family, Thank you so much for making our stay in Batanta so comfortable. We will always remember your kindness, our adventure at the waterfall and swimming with manta rays 🫶🏻 The home stay is exactly as described, really comfortable bed, cold water to shower and wonderful panorama. In front of the stay there is a coral reef where you can snorkel. We saw nurse sharks, stingrays, thousands of fish and beautiful coral formations. Somedays also dolphins visited us. If you wish you can do other activities like going to the nearby village which is one of the last traditionally built one in raja ampat. We went with James to swim with manta rays which was a great success as we saw two circling around for at least half an hour. Also, there are two waterfalls with a beautiful mangrove forest which is 30 mins by boat, we swam there and saw a bit of the jungle. The food was excellent, we were really happy to try local fish. It always had enough veggies, rice and egg tortillas. Even our vegetarian friends were satisfied. For the afternoon coffee we got freshly baked cakes. PRO tips for travelers: - Bring your own snorkeling equipment - Don’t litter and take your trash back with you to Waisai. At the port you can throw it away. - Be mindful about water usage - Use biodegradable hygiene products if possible - They don’t speak much English but for us it made it the experience even more authentic. if you need get an offline translation app

The huts were amazing, we had the end one looking down to the sea, we saw little sharks and rays swimming past every day. You can just swim out from the little private beach onto the reef, there was so many fish, turtles and sharks 😍

I love this please so much. I love the people working there !!!! Nando, Will and all the others !! I miss you so much ! Thank you for being so friendly, so kind, I had so much good time even if I was alone. This island is Christian but as a French Muslim girl travelling alone I felt like in my second home really !! With my family 😍 The food was also very very very delicious ! The water cristal blue ! Snorkelling spot amazing ! Diving center amazing ! If we could rate 10000000/10 I would do it. It was the cutest place to stay at Kri! The homestay is very simple, don't expect luxuries like hot shower or AC in your hut - read the Raja Ampat page as there are people coming expecting a 5* resort... If you are looking for a unique and authentic experience, you should stay here. Great value for money, good location for snorkeling, close to dive sites, and the bungalows are over-water which adds to the experience. The food was very tasty and the manager Wahid did his best to make me feel welcome 💛

The facilities here were great for raja ampat whilst still feeling authentic! Having your own bathroom with shower, a raised bed, sunbed platform, WiFi and electricity from 5pm - 8am! The dive centre part is also great with us doing our first ever discover scuba and they were so patient and safe! The reef here is truly amazing, with an amazing selection of fish, star fish and reef sharks!

I spent the most amazing holidays there. Tina is an incredible cooker, the food was amazing. She is also really kind and helpful. The room is also really nice, with the best view for sunset and sunrise. Really clean, water and electricity working great. I recommend 100% and I’ll definitely come back to this paradise.

We had a great time at Bruno raja ampat. We were warmly welcomed by Farrah and her family. Farrah prepared us very good food, with typical specialities. The home stay is just in front of the jetee of sauwandarek, on the beach. It’s great for snorkeling. There is a wide variety of fishes, corals and many sea turtles. We are in a small village quiet and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this address.
