This homestay on Besir island is ideally located near several interests spots in Raja Ampat. The place is calm, only two cabins on the water, connected to a village full of charm. The utilities are on the beach, near the owner's house. It's very clean and has everything required to answer basic needs. Regarding the rooms, mosquito net on the bed, fan, electricity at night, blankets, hammock, sunbed and basic furnitures. All the meals (included in the reservation) are served to your cabin, they vary and are prepared by an great cook! So everything is tasteful and good. No connection except if you get a SIM card on arrival at Sorong's airport but deconnection is great. It's easy to communicate with the owner who speaks well English (rare in Raja Ampat) and he tries his best for you to have the best stay possible. Him and his family are super nice and welcoming while respecting your privacy. I came with a friend and we stayed 3 full days, we had an amazing time there and we can only recommend this place. All the activities we've done through them were memorable, we had a lot of fun. Have a good holiday there!

Great homestay, great location, the view from the bungalow is beautiful, sunset every night, we even saw dolphins and mantas passing in front of the bungalow. Fernando and his family are very very nice, very helpful. They are very caring and do their best to make you have a good time. The food was good, snacks are also served at 4:30pm. They offer snorkeling tours, they are great, you even have a guide from the family with you! He found mantas twice ❤️. We really loved our stay at Nyanse homestay and highly recommend you to stay there! You can also visit the villages behind which is also very nice!

Amazing!!!!! Uau, thank you Aron for having us in your piece of paradise. Amazing place, super comfortable bungalows on top of the water with a hammock. You can see baby black tip sharks from your bungalow passing by. They have a great spot for the sunset!! Food is ok and enough for everyone. We would like to thank Raya for the amazing experience with the mantas, he wanted to make sure we had the best experience and he was super nice!! Thank you Aron and Monde for the kindness and the music, it was such a cool bonus to hear you guys singing!! We will never forget the days we spend here!

We had a great stay at Shady Sea and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The location is calm and quiet, with only two spacious bungalows right on the waterfront – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The bathroom facilities were spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also super easy to organise boat trips directly from the property. Overall, a fantastic experience!
