I always enjoy staying at Santika every time I travel to Batam on business. Santika hotel is modern, super clean, and offers one of the most impressive beautiful sea harbor views from the rooftop restaurant of any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are super accommodating, so friendly, and always go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Great hotel, I won't stay anywhere else in Batam. Definitely worth it and great value !

Great location - 5 minute drive from ferry terminal. Room was well kept - especially liked the huge bed and the rainfall shower. Small swimming pool and children’s play area made it kid friendly. Staff were helpful too.

The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big.

The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big. Nice restaurants inside. Good for those who love shopping. We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! That's why we chose here in the 1st place!

A pretty nice place if you are looking for a short vacation there have nice massage places which is pretty affordable. There lots of local food options and places to visit & also quite a few places with western food as well which are pretty nice to explore. Cafes has been poping quite a bit in batam which are also a nice place to visit if you are looking for a good cup of coffee. other than that they have very good seafood with very affordable price which are nice and tasty

Obviously because of the currency differences, taxi and meals were extremely better. but because of the cost of the ferry ride to and from Batam, it all comes to the same. Unless you're staying for 3 nights or more it wouldn't be worth it. Then again, there's really nothing much to see or do in Batam. Shopping isn't all that great.

Central ferry location connected to megamall one stop shop mall. Hotels nearby eg Harris and several airbnbs. within megamall, Spa, clothes, hypermart, activities for kids eg timezone, cinema. Matahari, great food options.

I like the breakfast, I liked the view of the restaurant, originally I was supposed to check out super early, and the staff suggested for me to take away the breakfast and gave me two portions. The staff was very friendly and personable and I really enjoyed the stay. The room is super big and comfy too, I love it. Also it is very near to Batam Center, walkable, though I took a cab, and the staff helped me to call a cab.

The room is spacious and clean. The location to Batam Centre International Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall Batam is fantastic, just about 5 minutes walk. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.
