We had a lovely stay in this picturesque little village. The house is very close to the Nyírjes Lakes, perfect for walks and summer swimming. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, making it extra cozy with the snow outside. The kitchen was well equipped, and the wood-heated saltwater jacuzzi was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing even on a cold winter evening 😌 The house was very clean, comfortable for four people and our dog, and we would definitely recommend it and love to return.

We loved the whole vacation, but i need to mention the restaurant and the Chef: the food is fantastic, varied, high-quality, you could say fine dining category! The chef came to introduce himself, explained the menu for the day and presented the dishes from the show kitchen. It was the best in its category where we have been so far. Must to visit:) (sure we will come back again)

The food in the restaurant was excellent

The location was excellent as it was right in the middle of the village with shops and restaurants around. The cottage itself was very nice and cozy. Great interior. Breakfast was at the cafe nearby and was your standard Hungarian plate of deli meats and cheeses.

The room was comfortable with a great bed and a good shower. Since the restaurant was already closed, they had prepared drinks, sandwiches, and a delicious hot borscht soup. That level of care and thoughtfulness was truly remarkable. A wonderful experience.
