The stay at this hotel was amazing. Everything was clean and cozy, the AC worked like a charm, and the water in the pools was really clean because they change it every day. I've read a bunch of comments about people complaining about the noise because the walls are too thin, but that's not true at all! It almost felt like there were no other people around; it was super quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were great, with a variety of dishes to try. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. They clean your room daily and also change the towels. But the true gem of this hotel is the staff! Gabriella, the receptionist, was so helpful and her English was excellent. She always went out of her way to help us and greeted every guest with a smile. Hotel Barrico, Gabriella is a keeper, get that girl a promotion or something :) I'd advise everyone to go to this hotel because it's very relaxing and in such a beautiful and quiet area.

The owner was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Kitchen had all the equipments i needed and the garden was cute . We liked the location too as it was quiet and calm and the walk we took to the thermal bath was so refreshing as the air is so clean up there.

    It was a bit drizzly during our stay which didn’t bother me...

    It was a bit drizzly during our stay which didn’t bother me at all but I overheard some guests mentioning that there’s no cover/roof over the outside thermal baths so they were getting wet. Please replace the bulbs on the path which leads back to the hotel from the outside baths. These are open til 2am, and as I am short sighted, my glasses were steaming up and in general, it’d be safer. Overall I’ve had a very relaxing experience.

    Very cosy house, perfect for big family to spend time together, while still having the comfort of separate rooms with private bathroom. Very clean, fully equipped house, with all kitchen tools and BBQ facilities. The social areas are big and cosy, and there is even separate toilet for the terrace and well maintained sauna. The host is very kind. Demjén SPA is just 900m from the house, there are many hiking trails in the closest hill/mountain, and wall-climbing possibility.

    Hotel in a good location, very well-kept grounds, hotel swimming pools outside and inside the building, very well maintained. It’s quiet day and night, even the few children present knew how to behave so as not to disturb the peace. Staff very nice, helpful, speaking well other languages. Tasty meals, wide variety of dishes, I recommend this place.
