The place is really awesome, everything you need is there. Owners are so nice and welcoming, beautiful family. We felt safe. Location couldn't be better, away from the center but still nice walking distance. It's close to beautiful beaches and trails for visiting the wild side of island. There is a patio where you can eat your breakfast or drink coffee (we even found coffee machine in the drawers ;)). There is washing machine and lot of space to dry your laundry. I highly recommend and wish everything the best for the owners 💚

Beautifully renovated and decorated house in a great location. The host Suzana is super sweet. She not only recommended us restaurantes and places to visit but even made dinner reservations for us. The village is very tranquil and dreamy, sending you right back to decades ago when there was a simple and relaxed life. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Povlja, a charming little town with a peaceful, family-friendly vibe. If you're traveling with a pet, rest assured—many locals are dog owners themselves and are very welcoming toward animals. The apartment itself was adorable and located right by the sea. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to the scent of the sea was truly magical. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The pet accommodation fee was €50 wich felt somewhat unnecessary, especially since no additional amenities provided for pets. Given the overall pet-friendly environment, including the welcoming attitude of locals, it would have been nice if the fee reflected some added value.

This villa is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, perfect to re-charge, relax and connect with nature! 1. The view. The villa is located in the first line and you get an unobstructed view of the sea, coves, cute picturesque town Sumartin across the bay and dramatic steep mountains on the mainland. The view is breathtaking and I didn't even want to blink not to miss any of it. Sunsets are stunning! 2. The terrace. Villa has a gigantic terrace with a table and lounge chairs from which you can enjoy the views. We enjoyed our meals there, and in the evenings we could dance in the moonlight without annoying any neighbours because there's nobody too close. Just perfect! 3. Grill. The territory is quite large and the layout is very beautiful. There is a separate grill area with additional table and chairs (also with a view!). 4. Comfort. The villa itself is very well equipped, clean and cozy. It has everything you need (even yoga mats!). Kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed for cooking! Bed is very comfortable, there's a lot of wardrobes and a large bathroom. The house is perfect! 5. Location. We had a car and it was a very easy drive to supermarkets/nearest town. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby, some offer lounge chairs on the beach for free. We took a ferry from Split to Supertar and drove across the island, however it's also possible to take a ferry from Makarsa to Sumartin (nearest village). 6. Hosts. Ljiljana is such a kind and lovely lady! She made sure we feel like home and have everything we need. Ljiljana has left nice treats for us and was ready to come and bring anything we need. She made us feel so welcome and has been a truly exceptional host! Thank you Ljiljana it was great to meet you and stay in your wonderful house. We wish you best of luck for the future!

The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay a pleasure. Everything was perfect, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. Awesome! :)

The charming apartment with a beautiful terrace and a wonderful view of the sea. Close to the city, shops and restaurants. A half an hour from the Bol. Peace and calm estate but close to the beaches and sea. I recommend it to families with children and all those who like to relax and spend time without crowds.

    Very nice villace in Brac Island, you have ferry boat coming from Split but it looks like you have to book it a way in advance as it is always sold out.So option is coming from Split to Supetar. Sumartin is a small village but very nice, with plenty of activities and everything you need for a perfect summer stay.

    Sumartin is a charming town with beautiful small beaches that are not overcrowded creating a serene atmosphere. However, it's essential to note that there is a lack of public restrooms and trash bins, which can be inconvenient for visitors.

    We was the first guests and i never had such hospitality.Beautifull terrace,beautifull aparment near the beach.Host is more than excellent.Every year we spend 7-10 days at Sumartin but we never had experience like this.I will be back i bellive this year again becouse we are from Croatia but everyone who wisit this place with this host will be back.THX TO IVAN,HANA AND DORIS.

    A lovely spacious room with a nice sea view just a short drive from the Sumartin port. Everything about the place was homely and the hosts were amazing. This place is also a short walk to the nearest beach and a perfect location to stay specially if you planning to explore Brac with your car or just arriving to Sumartin port.

    Extremely lovely and friendly hosts. Ready to help at any moment. Location is great, an easy 7 minutes walk to the center of the little town Sumartin and the beach is just across the street. The house has beautiful sea view and I have to admit that this is the cleanest accommodation I have ever been. I recommend it 100% !
