We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay, as we were just passing through. There’s plenty of parking, the beach is a short walk away, the rooms are clean, and the owners are welcoming and helpful. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast on the terrace.

This is a renovated stone house, and it's very cool and comfortable. The air conditioner, oven, dishwasher, and other facilities are perfect, and the rooms are not only clean, but you can see that the owner has good taste. If I were to build a house, I would like it to be like this. I would like to use it again next year, so please don't come while I'm staying!

Everything is perfect. It is just next to the beach. The restaurant is fantastic. The chicken soup is amazing. The reception is very helpful for calling a taxi for our leave. It is ideal for people who come by car. It is 30 km away to the city Zadar.

The hotel has two buildings, one with more expensive rooms and one with cheaper rooms. Our room was a junior suite and lived up to its name. The hotel has its own private beach. On the beach, you can go directly into the water, so you don't have to walk around rocks and use water shoes. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, free of charge. The hotel has a restaurant with a very large selection and the food prices are reasonable. The breakfast was included in the price and was such a good average. The hotel is located from Zadar in the direction of Plitvice, i.e. an ideal stop for those who plan to visit Plitvice National Park just coming from Split-Zadar. One small observation - if booking shows free rooms, you can get a better price on the spot than through booking.

The accommodation perfectly met our expectations. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, a balcony and AC. There was a shop and the beach right across the street. The shared bathroom was clean and I only had to wait for a few minutes once. I've read many reviews complaining about the staff. Based on my experience, the owner only knows a few words of English, but she is very friendly and helpful. I always got the information I needed, and we even had a nice chat by combining different languages. The only other staff member we met was the cleaning lady, who only speaks Croatian but always greets you with a smile or a few words. The breakfast was really nice. There were three types of cereal, apples, bread, toast, jams, Nutella, honey, processed cheese, biscuits, salty cheese, millet porridge, coffee, tea, milk, and water. After a while, the owner also brought chilled water, fruit juice, and scrambled eggs to each table. Unfortunately, we left too early because pancakes were being prepared in the kitchen :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily have stayed a few more days.

Everything we needed was there, with a very helpful host, who was ready to help us anytime. Nice location with great views of sea and mountains. Near to the both and to the centre and restaurants. Also accomodation was very clean, new and perfectly fine a enjoyable even on rainy day.

The host is super nice, helpful, she is full hearted and cares about well being of her guests. Apartament has 2 bedroom with double beds and separate bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Terase is private. There is no tourists around because it is not on the main road. There is posibility to walk the stairs or go around bt the road to reach the beach, coffie shop or restaurant. Recomendation.

It's a beautiful, cozy small village with nice views and...

It's a beautiful, cozy small village with nice views and beach. No crowd but there are groceries, market, bar and beach. Also you can visit the near national park for climbing or hiking where Winnetou was filmed. I can recommend it for 1-3 days.

Newly built villa with modern equipment in a quiet location, right next to the beach.The pine forest smells behind you. I appreciate the large pool, where I swam comfortably.The beach bar is 50 meters from the accommodation, they will prepare pizza for you while you wait.There is also a small supermarket and bakery in Rovanjska. I appreciate the proximity to the beach, the quiet place and the beautiful environment near the Velebit mountains

Lovely couple, who takes care of having a good stay in Rovanjska. Small but really cute apartment with refigerator, hotplate, kettle and nice terrace. Free parking next to the house. The beach and restaurants are super close. Thank you for having us!
