This property is just perfect! It ticks all the boxes! Modern, spacious, light, bright, comfy, views and incredibly friendly hosts! We felt like royalty! The property is newly renovated and has stunning finishes throughout. The sleeper couch downstairs is massive and super comfy! It is a 20min drive from Plitvice Lake National Park (Entrance 1) and a 10min drive to the Tommy Maxi Grocery Store. Location is superb 👌🏻 highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to escape the busy cities and come find some peace & quiet. I would definitely return without a doubt!

It's a great place to stay. It's close to the main road, not far from Plitvice. The apartment is very clean, cosy, spacious, very well equiped, up to date. Parking is an adventage. Bed is big and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpfull. Highly recommend place.

The apartment is furnished very caringly with love. There is everything necessary for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, big beds, spaces bathroom. The apartment is secluded between some threes and is very quiet but also in a very easy distance to the first entrance of the Plitvice lakes. The host is very welcoming and friendly- due to a 6 hours congestion on A3 we arrived at 23:30 at the apartment and still were greeted with warm pancakes.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and friendly. Before our arrival, she even turned on the heating for us - despite it being the second half of April - so we arrived to a warm and cozy house. As it was Easter, she welcomed us with beautifully decorated Easter eggs and sweets. The next day, she surprised us again with a delicious table set with homemade soup, sandwiches, and salad. We were genuinely touched by such incredible hospitality - we've never experienced anything like it in similar rental accommodations. Everything was perfect: comfortable, warm, and spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Very spacious accommodation and absolutely everything you need plus more. Nice quiet location and our host was very welcoming and attentive. Lovely beds and large kitchen was fabulous. Loved the crepes and homemake james. Superb. Well worth and beyond the price you pay. More than great value for your money.

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

A great location to get active.

A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

I stayed two nights with my children at Apartments Pavlić in Rakovica and really enjoyed the experience. The place was very comfortable, with a lovely playground and a spacious lawn where kids could play safely. The host was extremely welcoming and kind. Plitvice Lakes were just a short drive away, making it a great base to explore the area.

Great little hotel very close to the Plitvice Lakes national park. Very quiet and laid back. Nice big rooms with a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Large swimming pool, made use of it on both our nights here, as it was very hot in Croatia. Super friendly owner who really made us feel at home. Would definitely come back.
