Hotel is in elegant-woody style with incredible surounding - a lot of green colors, garden, trees, vineyard, tennis court. Room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. Stuff is extremly pleasant. From the first time you enter the hotel, you feel warmly welcomed by nice and friendly staff I really like this traditional stone architecture of the hotel and the same stile of the interior. Placed in the very peaceful small street, you can enjoy in relaxing and quite stay. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and very cosy. Hotel has a beautiful garden terrace surrounded by plants and flowers where I enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee. With the car you need only 5 min to the city center of Poreč and 15 to 25 min walk to the first beach.

Everything was perfect. From our arrival, fast checkin, easiness to navigate in the camping, clean facilities, blackboard with a welcoming message, even a bottle of champagne! Will return for sure! Even the breakfast service that it’s delivered first thing in the morning was exceptional! The restaurant had a very nice selection of European and local cuisine, what we have eaten was very good.

Marina and Damir are lovely, communicative hosts, responding quickly to messages. Both speak good English. Check-in was smooth and the apartment was immaculately clean. The equipment is as described, the apartment is furnished with almost brand new, modern furniture. Our apartment had a balcony, 4 people can comfortably have breakfast under the parasol. Garden is huge like a football field. There was also a trampoline. The immediate area is not exciting, but the center of Porec is an 8 min. by car, and the nearest beach is the same. Aquapark, and the nearest shopping mall (Plodine) is 5 min. Car is needed. Parking is within the property (frontyard), close to the house. Comfotable. I would recommend it to anyone with a peaceful heart.

The host was awesome and made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and super cute with its Istrian style decor. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it, keeping it true to the local vibe. Everything was so clean and comfy. If you want a real taste of Istria with a great host, this place is a winner. Višnjan itself is an underrated Istrian gem. Two thumbs up!
