Where to start. I was welcomed by Mattia and shown around and to my room. Everything felt tranquil and like an oasis. My room was large, had air conditioning and a spacious private balcony with lovely views of the setting sun and surrounding hills. The bathroom was large with a roll top bath tub. The part I stayed in was a newly renovated addition and also had the pool nearby. Being a vegetarian hotel I was trepidatious as regards the evening meals, but both nights were incredible! Three courses created by an artist! The surroundings only added to the ambience. It's on my list of places to stay again.

The hotel and room ( #8 apartm.) was well equiped, newly furnished, the lobby looks very nice and the terrace was awesome with lovely panoramic view to the sea. We had a lovely four night stay at Villa Sojat. The hosts Ika and Josip were super welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very at home. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty, everything organic (complete with a selection of delicious homemade jams!). The accommodation is very clean and everything in good condition; our room had lots of storage and a new bathroom. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the sea, which was very spacious and stayed cool in the warm weather. The property is on a quiet road up the hill from the main town, so it is very peaceful. Walking into town takes about 30 minutes (steep hill) or driving less than ten. Beach about fifteen minutes walk down the hill. If you’re walking you do have to cross a fast road to get to the beach or town, but we did so and quickly got used to it. Otherwise, driving is no problem and parking is easy to find in the town. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you to our lovely hosts :)
