We decided to stay here last minute because of a major storm. The host came to pick us up from the parking with umbrellas and checked whether we parked correctly. This was really helpful and sweet. The host kept being super nice and helpful during our entire stay. The property was also beautifully furnished and really stylish and really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Villa Vaselici is simply amazing! We were greeted at the villa and given a tour by Sandra. It was immediately clear the villa has been renovated with a keen eye for detail. The location is very peaceful with great views. The perfect idyllic setting for a family holiday to get away from noise and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting. The outside kitchen and bbq area is a great addition which we used most days. Overall, a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again.

My experience with Apartment Savoia was exceptionally positive. The apartment is beautifully arranged, very clean, and comfortable. Its location is excellent – right in the heart of the old town center of Labin, providing easy access to all key attractions and amenities. The host, Mr. Nino, is extremely friendly and responsive. He promptly replied to all messages and was always willing to assist. The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need for a pleasant and high-quality holiday stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We will certainly return. Labin itself also has a unique charm – it is a lovely town with soul, rich history, and an inviting atmosphere. It serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the many beautiful beaches nearby.

We were welcomed by the friendly and helpful owner and offered a beverage during registration formalities ( and a coffee on departure) There was a safe and secure place for our bicycles. The apartment was very clean and the linen fresh. The price was realistic . It was good for a night, but lacked a comfortable area to sit , for instance to watch TV.

    Labin is a very cute little ancient town on the top of the hill from which there is a beautiful view on the hills and the sea. It is located very close to the seaside, it takes only 10-15 minutes by car to get to the beach. We enjoyed out stay there very much.

    My holiday in the old town of Labin was truly wonderful. The city is rich in historical heritage and filled with impressive monuments that reflect its cultural past. Just a short drive away, the beautiful coastline offers stunning beaches, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. I highly recommend visiting Labin – a hidden gem that combines history, charm, and natural beauty.

    Beautiful medieval old town, which is built on a picturesque high hill. The sights are amazing! Labin is a small town, but you have everything you need - restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The town is very comfortable. There are several nice beaches around. Also there's plenty of mountain hiking tracks.

    Nice little old city.

    Nice little old city. Beautifull views, several nice restaurants. For sea lot to be found in the immediate environment (Rabac). Rabac will be very crowded in the peak season, but in June it was nice & quiet. Lovely tennis park withh terrace & restaurant (Tennis park Hannes Zischka)

    Lovely little city with many interesting stories to tell.

    Lovely little city with many interesting stories to tell. Definitely check out the Tuesday night free tours they offer every week (in different languages). Very informative and cool! We didn't eat there, there were too many people. Do not go to the upper town/city center by car at night! Just park in the lower city and walk. The city center is a car nightmare when everyone swarms the old town.

    Labin old town is nice for a walk, make sure you avoid the hot midday hours. Loads of restaurants and cafes around. Make sure to try Rumore, but do make a reservation if you are planning to eat during rush hour! Supermarkets and other shops, banks etc. all in the 'new' part of town.

    Really perfect spot near Labin. Everything you need in the house, everything new, comfortable bed and a perfect quite place in the garden to relax. You can walk to Labin in a few minutes and to the sea you can drive in 10-15 minutes. The host is a really nice helpfull man and also later check out was possible. Thanks for the nice holiday :)

    It is a very nice apartman, clean, very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Robert, our host is really nice and helpful, and generous. It's up in the hills about 10 minutes from the center of Labin, and about 20 minutes from the beach, but we really enjoyed that it was so calm.
