Very friendly staff. We had a very warm welcome. The owner invited us to a snack and drink when we arrived. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were delicious. What's also great is the location. You are close to the bear refuge, surrounded by mountains and the entire village is really picturesque. The hotel has a fantastic ambience. Our kids enjoyed the play corner on the patio.

Easy access, the owners were lovely gave us some pancakes for dinner was very welcomed after a long drive, no resto in the town that we saw but on the drive out we stopped at Bistro Libertas for an original breakfast was perfect, we had some supplies with us at night, kitchen was perfect to cook in

Our stay at this apartment exceeded all expectations! The space was surprisingly large, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need — both basic essentials and some unexpected extras. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for places to visit, which made our trip even more cool. The location is perfect for nature lovers. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We really loved it. We were there to go to the bear sanctuary and it was close by. The apartment was one of my favourites to date (and we have been here over a month). It was cute, quirky, clean, spacious and lacked nothing we needed. It is not a stay we will forget any time soon.

Amazing small regional village. Authentic Croatia.

Amazing small regional village. Authentic Croatia. Lovely scenery from our apartment and from throughout the village. Friendly people saying hello. Farm animals grazing. Vistas to nearby hills and forests. Quiet, calm and peaceful. Includes Kuterevo Bear Sanctuary where volunteers care for rescued bears. Admission is free. They rely on donations so please give.

I generally had a good impression of the rural Kuterevo.

I generally had a good impression of the rural Kuterevo. I nice town surrounded by natural simple beauty. The bear sanctuary is worth a visit and a donation. They would benefit from receiving more donations or money from sponsors. The town is very small. We stopped at night, Bear Sanctuary in the morning and back on the road to reach the nearest mountain pick. The mountain has very good walks. I suggest spending more time planning the walks for the it.
