It is a beautiful house, freshly renovated, the apartment and everything in it was brand new and gorgeous. Furnished in a modern style. There was even a small welcome present for us. Host provided bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Ironing board and iron was available upon request. The living room had a large sofa which comfortably sits at least 5. There was a coffee machine with all sorts of coffee/tee available in the foyer just outside the door. All windows had shutters to keep out the sun and the A/C made it quite cool. Although on the main road of Grbe it was very quiet. It is in a quiet, almost rural spot, no busy areas, clubs nearby. Nin city centre or the nearby beaches are just a few minutes by car. Parking was available free just by the door. Apartment is on the fist floor and the house is on an incline, so you need to climb up two sets of stairs to get up. Host was very helpful.

We came twice during summer 2023, as kids were asking to come back at least for few more days. Food is tasty, rooms comfy, AC works well. Kids club is great, all animation they do leaves time for parents to enjoy vacation! A bit crowded in august, but was expected! Enough beds by the pool, properly organised spaces for kids all ages.

The appartment is completely new and fully equipped, super comfortable with great views of the sea just next to it towards the Pag Island. The whole building is right next to the sea. The hostess was super helpful and hospitable, giving us some great pointers, as well as drinks and food and desserts when we arrived. Throughout the stay, the hosts were also super responsive at any time when we contacted them. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an apartment with a balcony and it was really beautiful. Clean, fragrant, nice and new furnitured. The bed was of good quality with a harder mattress, which suited us very well.TV supporting Netflix. Caffe capsules as gift which we appreciated. Parking space right next to the house. Almost everything was perfect. The apartments are newly built, all equipment looks as brand new. Very clean on arrival, ready even before the check-in time (we arrived at noon). Since no one was renting after us, we arranged a late check out on the last day, to be able to leave at 8pm and spend one more day in the area. We loved the area and Nin overall a lot. Not at all "touristy", no giftshops or anything anywhere around, just regular shops for locals etc. which was excellent. Quiet street with locals living in the neighboring houses -- no parties or pools around. Still -- fruit stand, bakery, grocery store and one restaurant were very close. Not far to Nin center (15 min walking to the lower bridge). We drove to the Queen's beach every day, it's 2-5 minutes to the parking lot. You can also walk to the Zaton beach (about 20 minutes walk through the camp) - camp's side entrance is 5 minutes away. Rented directly by the owner living in the very same building -- she maintains the property very well and does not take any "shortcuts" as an employee might. She's around when you need something or want to ask what to do around. Excellent coffee maker and dishwasher. Nice furniture, beds without any problems. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.
