Ivan, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We've been personally greeted by him, he showed us the house and even an amazing spot down at the river. After just 2 days, he felt like family to us, and if we're back in Slunj, we will make sure to stay with him.

Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is very pet-friendly with plenty of lovely walks nearby. The hotel is just a short drive from the charming Rastoke. The room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection to start the day. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

We spent lovely two nights at Apartman Jakov while visiting Plitvice lakes and Slunj and recommend the accommodation to anyone with similar schedule. It offered everything we needed as a four person family touristing around - clean and comfortable facilities, well equipped small kitchen, bathroom with shower gel and towels and a fantastic garden in a very quite and peaceful location. And last but not least, the host is very helpful and left some prospects with places, activities and restaurants in the apartment which came very handy.

Everything! All the staff was waiting for our late arrival! We have got a fresh meal even after 10 p.m., nevertheless kitchen works till 9 p.m. The manager was very helpful, the staff from the restaurant served everything in a moment. The key moment was when I asked, when we can get the breakfast? The guy from the bar answers "Kithchen starts at 7a.m." I asked again, till then? The guy from the bar: "till the kitchen works". And it was not a joke:) Our bed was extremely comfortable and we woke up only at 10.30. Of course, we have missed our breakfast time. But the guy from the bar was not joking - we have got our breakfast even after 11 a.m.! Cosy and brad new equiped room with conditioner, for the price..., that is a shame to notice:) 5+ stars for everything.
