Suite room was so spacious and just amazing! Great view and nice quiet neighborhood with good access to everywhere. The club lounge was quiet and well managed. I liked the porridge in the morning and afternoon tea. Also thanks for the early check in! It meant a lot for a family traveling with a toddler that still requires nap time.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious & well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also excellent, conveniently situated near to MRT. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. It was just perfect. The view from the sea view room is amazing, the room size was much bigger than in most other hotels in HK. The hotel was quiet which is also unusual for hotels in central HK. So, I made a right choice to stay in Aberdeen at the Arca. It is just 6 min away from Admiralty by metro and there is no noise or constant traffic like in central HK. Finally, it was great to have a peaceful morning walk at Aberdeen harbour and fish market.
