We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The staff was wonderfully welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that my room was perfectly comfortable, their dedication to excellent service was evident at every turn. In addition to the eco-friendly practices and outstanding service, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained.
