I stayed in an ocean front suite and it is really spacious, the balcony is comfortable, the view is amazing and beautiful, so it is a great resort. The welcome drink in the fridge is well stocked, from beer and cocktails to soft drinks. The premier lounge also have a great selection of drinks and more food than I expected. The pool is beautiful and the staff are friendly. Gun beach in front of hotel is beatiful. One of the best resort hotel ever!

We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.
