Set in attractive grounds in a small, typically Guatemalan community just outside (5 minutes by Uber) from the centre of Antigua, with stunning views of hills and volcanoes. Staying in this hotel was a great experience. There’s a strong and precise concept behind its set-up. The aesthetic is faithful to the colonial style, with big attention to the details. The furnishing reflects the style of the building and is somehow “essential”. I appreciate this kind of concept a lot, so I felt like at home. The atmosphere is very relaxing… there are plants all around attracting many brids tweeting in the morning. Rooms are very clean. There’s people doing maintenance to the garden and the structure every day and the staff was always kind and careful.
