We booked this accomodation for 1 night, surrounded by the pure nature. Looking at 4 vulcanos at the same time. The owner and personal are very kind and open for a nice conversation. Also good kwality / price. If you are looking to spend a good time in the nature for 2 or 3 days, then this one will satisfy you !

I thought this hotel was a magical place to stay. We were lucky enough to have booked 3 nights and my wife and I both thought it was a wonderful experience! I liked everything about the hotel, the room, the friendly staff, the museum ambience, the space of the grounds, the heated outdoor pool, the food….

Set in attractive grounds in a small, typically Guatemalan community just outside (5 minutes by Uber) from the centre of Antigua, with stunning views of hills and volcanoes. Casa Buho is a family run bed and breakfast hotel with exceptional quality rooms. This was a great place to stay as we had already spent a month in town, but would also be good if you want to be away from the noise and bustle of the town.

Beautiful place! Fantastic food, and great location in Antigua. The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Our recent four-night stay at this delightful hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were enveloped in warmth and elegance. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and service was evident throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to assist, enhancing our experience with their helpfulness and smiles. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and convenient, which was much appreciated during our extended stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area, a serene oasis perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel also impressed us with thoughtful touches like bedside chargers, complimentary ear plugs, and delightful treats that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Further adding to the convenience were the additional services offered by the hotel, such as organized tours and shuttle arrangements. These services were seamlessly handled by the staff, making our travel plans effortless. The location of the hotel was ideal, boasting a fantastic sky bar with stunning views, which became our favorite spot to unwind in the evenings. Gustavo, the owner, was a gem of a host—kind, gracious, and always ready to help. His attention to detail and dedication to hospitality deeply enriched our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with essentials such as towels, a safe, two fans, and a hair dryer. The combination lock for the room was a clever touch, providing ease and security for group or family travelers.

Beautiful mansion in the heart of Antigua. Breakfast was delicious. The wonderful staff was extremely helpful as we were traveling with a small baby. Definitely recommended and we would love to come back!

I loved the chic decor, knowing my stay is helping a child go to school. It's a lush garden and great food next door.
