Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. A big part of that was thanks to the owner, Sanela, who truly takes care of her guests with heart. Her approach was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she really made an effort to create a homely and relaxed atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room stocked with complimentary drinks, including a bottle of wine. Even more heartwarming was the touch of trust – at the reception, there was another fridge with drinks priced almost like in a shop, where guests could take what they wanted and simply pay at the end of their stay. This simple concept added a very human and friendly touch to the whole experience. The entire staff we met was smiling, kind, and helpful. The rooms were tastefully furnished and absolutely spotless. The pool was clean, refreshing, and large enough to swim a few laps. We also appreciated the practical extras – such as beach towels and an umbrella provided for guests. Although the accommodation is not directly on the beach, it’s within comfortable walking distance, and the area is peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Crete, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything, Sanela!

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants and markets. In addition, the airport is about ten minutes away. In the hotel there is an excellent restaurant for dinner that also provides breakfast and lunch and aperitif in front of the pool. It's all new, modern and comfortable, including the gym. The nicest thing, which we highly recommend, is to take one of the rooms with a private pool. It's really a pool all to yourself that is part of the room beyond the terrace. Waking up and using the pool or doing it after breakfast or after the sea is wonderful. You can also call a taxi or rent a car through the reception and see other beauties of the island easily. The staff is kind and nice and the food is great as always in Greece.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was large and clean. The staff was very kindly. The staff is changing the towels every day. The parking was large but if you don't have space you can let your car behind others and left the key at the reception.

Hotel transferred us to another hotel because of their renovation. They took care of it very smoothly and we had a night at a very nice hotel "Vaya Suites" as well, with a luxurious breakfast. The staff said that there is Netflix but there wasn't. The room had his own jacuzzi- super nice thing, pleasant to have one after a long day.
