Friendly, hospitable and helpful owner, Comfortable walk to village but probably easier with own transport!Closest beach, and selection of Tavernas 200m walk from Paradeisos ..Scenic walking trails in the surrounding hills .. I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe. I was skeptical about renting a room due to bad experiences in the past, but I was convinced by the price and the fact that the homeowner was a woman. I really appreciated that right after booking, I received a message clarifying that it was just a room and not the whole house, and that I could cancel the reservation for free. At that moment, I felt I was dealing with honest and kind people. Another plus was that I could communicate fluently in English. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. She didn’t interfere with guests' lives and was almost invisible. The house had its own charm, and the views around were wonderful. A shop and restaurant are very close to the house. The place is clean, well-kept, and you can really feel the Greek atmosphere – time seems to pass slowly there. I found exactly what I needed, and I will definitely come back.

We stayed overnight before a return flight the next morning, in order to have a look at Kardamili and we were delighted to find it was so nice. Newly renovated and decorated, and very clean. Brand new kitchenette, well stocked with treats we unfortunately didn't have time to eat. Nice big shaded street facing terrace at the front. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Questions re arrival etc etc answered very quickly. Good value.
