I visited here Isla Brown Chania with my best friend back in early September. We we first greeted by the beautiful hotel aesthetics and was in awe as the hotel has such incredible views. There were two very memorable members of staff who was absolutely amazing, Katerina was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us and she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the island and things to do. Simone was also very lovely, responsive to our needs and very accommodating. There were mixed reviews which was quite concerning, but our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had the breakfast option included with our booking, there was ample options to choose from and I was satisfied. However, my only issue was with the food options around the pool area during the day. In my opinion it was very basic and tasteless. There was a little shop inside the hotel for basic supplies, however to travel to the nearest supermarket you’d need to get a cab. Bear in mind when travelling, you may want to hire a car as we spent a lot of money on cabs from the hotel to chania old town, which have several good food options. This is about 25-30 mins away. Another bonus is that chania airport is literally 15 mins away. I think reviews are based on the person and their experience, unfortunately sometimes people do not wish to share their positive experiences. Yes, there is room for improvement like ensuring there is enough toilet tissue in the public toilets, however the rooms were cleaned daily, wish fresh towels and toiletries included. Very mixed age ranges also and I believe Isla Brown caters for all. Lastly, I have to say due to my own personal music preference, I was definitely impressed with the genres of music played daily and overall would 100% recommend staying here, I will definitely return some day!

Staff is the super power of this apartment hotel. They made my family feel so welcome and did everything and more, so we could enjoy our holiday. Thank you for the awesome breakfasts and nice chats. Special thanks to the lovely lady in the kitchen. The hotel is clean and run with care. Rooms are comfy and fresh. Nice little pool area and a small spa (book in advance). Location is good and there’s free parking on the street. Nice little shop on the other side of the road and you can basically get anything you need and more from that shop. Very nice beach close by. And if you don’t have a rental car, there’s a bus stop next to the hotel. And the beds are one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on while on holiday, and away from home.

There must be an award for this personnel. Very kind, super helpful. The room was very comfortable and it accommodates a family of four without any problem. The breakfast was basic but very tasty. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel which almost nobody use it, so it was like a private pool :) We would love to stay there again.

Dreamy 12 Nights in Crete – Perfect Stay at Joys Villas We spent 12 wonderful nights at Joys Villa and were delighted by everything the stay had to offer. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos suggested: spacious, stylishly furnished, with a view that makes every sunset a highlight. Amenities & Comfort: High-quality furniture, a well-thought-out layout, and a fully equipped kitchen made our daily life absolutely comfortable. The beds were superbly comfortable and ensured restful nights. Cleanness & Condition: The villa presented itself impeccably clean and well-maintained. No minor defects, all in perfect condition. Outdoor Area: The balcony/terrace area with seating and a private pool was the perfect spot for relaxed days and cozy evenings. The garden was well-kept and had a great atmosphere. Location: The location was ideal – quiet yet close to the town, with short walks to supermarkets, restaurants, and sights. The view was fantastic. Service & Communication: The care provided by Marcella & Maria was outstanding. Helpful tips and a smooth check-in/out process. We felt well taken care of at all times. We can recommend this villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. We would return in a heartbeat!

Stavros beach is protected from the open sea so swimming is very safe in a beautiful lagoon with hills directly behind. Two or three tavernas and a bar serving food across from the beach. Close to Chania so plenty of locals coming for the day. Would say it is a place for few days holiday with a great clean beach near the airport

Stavroa is licated in about 10-15 min from the Chania Internatuonal Aurport. It is a small village with one taverna and two small grocrey shops (marekts) nearby. The Zorba Beach is too crowded and about 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

This town was far enough away from Chania city center to get away from the hustle/bustle yet close enough to be into more excitement/night life. Loved the hotel and its location, which provided beautiful sunset views and clear starry nights.

We loved the beauty and nature in Stavros.

We loved the beauty and nature in Stavros. There were 2 small well stocked supermarkets and 5 restaurants. The beach was beautiful and of course the Mountain which always captured your gaze- a very scenic place away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. The Paradice Hotel luxury suites were first class and by far the best place to stay and as if that’s not enough, they have a massive deluxe extension and another huge pool opening in March 2024.

This has been literally the greatest accomodation experience I had in my life. We had the junior suite with the private pool and jacuzzi. You can see the sunset from the infinity private pool which is a wow experience! We had prosecco on the house, coffee, tea and water. They provide room service as well. Honestly, even if it was a bit over my budget, I still think it was a excellent value for the money spent. Thank you, Kavos Hotel! For sure, we wish to come back. keep up the great work!

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a good-sized kitchen and a fridge freezer stocked with freezer blocks, perfect for our beach outings. The thoughtful touches like cake and fruit waiting for us made the stay extra special. Being family-run, it had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind, picking us up late at night from another village and providing helpful advice around local amenities.

The apartment was small but cosy with little kitchenette. Kettle and toaster provided. Balcony with the view over the Stavros hill and beach. Small walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was amazing. My husband had some health issues during our stay there, but the lady and her family were very helpful and caring all the time.
