We were pleasantly surprised how good the property is. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom very clean, the balcony has amazing view. The beach is 3 min walk, very clean water. Taverna is close by. The swimming pool is big and clean. There is parking available at the hotel. We liked everything about this property and for sure will go back there.

I enjoyed a truly relaxing vacation by the sea, away from noise, traffic, and distractions. It was the perfect peaceful escape. The staff at the reception in the mornings were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the waiters, including some delightful sisters, were always warm and accommodating. The rooms had a charming, old-style decor, but they were spotless and well-maintained. The housekeepers diligently cleaned and prepared our room every day, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It was a wonderful experience of tranquility and friendly service.

Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

The house is perfectly situated in a serene neighbourhood, offering peace and tranquility while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. Every room was well-appointed with comfortable furniture and tasteful decor.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool. It was pristine, inviting, and provided hours of enjoyment for both adults and children. We loved lounging by the pool during the day and taking refreshing dips to beat the heat. The outdoor seating and dining area next to the pool were perfect for enjoying meals and socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided us with all the necessary information before our arrival and were available to address any questions or concerns during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. There was such a beautiful view to the wild nature and blue sea on the whole horizon with dark rocks, where the sound of the sea and nature made us so relaxed. The accomodation is near by the sea and beach, it is apart from the village center, so you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere, at the same time is only 2 minutes by car from the Vrachos beach, where there are supermarkets, beach bars and restaurants. The room was perfect clean with everything we need inside. The owner was really nice and helpful. She welcomed us with fresh fruits and she gave us also fruits from the garden during our stay. We wish to come again.

The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk...

The location is perfect as the beach is a few minutes walk away. The host is welcoming and very attentive. The bed was comfortable with a general sense of cleanliness, however I found dead flies and dust on top of the fridge which gave it an overall uncomfortable feeling.

Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views...

Riza and the surrounding villages are lovely with sea views to die for. It is a very quiet peaceful area and you will need a car. We will definitely be going back again. The ancient cities of Nicopolis and Kassopi were really interesting and only a short drive from the Villa. Also the Roman Aquaduct at Fillippedia was well worth the drive.

We loved Artholiti, Alonaki, Skala, and also there were nice...

We loved Artholiti, Alonaki, Skala, and also there were nice beaches with no people at all. It is a good choice both for people looking for a total relaxation and those looking for more organized beach time (with sunbeds, bars...).

Riza is actually a village located in the hills.

Riza is actually a village located in the hills. Riza Beach has only about a dozen of residencies that are located relatively far apart from each other so it is very calm and quiet. Do note that there are no stores, restaurants etc in the vicinity so for everything you probably need to use a car. On the other hand this is a very big plus since it is very quiet and the beaches have very little people, usually just locals. Note also that there are more people on the beaches during the weekends since people are coming from inland.
