Best hotel i had ever stayed after travelling to so many countries. Top notch service by Amira. Staffs are really polite and welcoming guests. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The stay was absolutely excellent, right from arrival to the last second we stayed the staff was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone gave the impression that they actually liked working there which impacted the experience in a profound way. I was also a real fan of the Music selection for the beach and pool area which fit the vibe very well. The feature to order everything via app (even to your sunbed) is also amazing and the food there was also very good all around.

The hotel and its facilities are excellent. The staff is very nice, rooms are big enough, there are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars plus the beach with the sea. Still, on top of this their restaurant is the most excellent - extreme wide variety of foods, very good quality and every night they offer a dedicated cuisine (like seafood, bbq, japanese food etc.). Most of the guests are from Germany, there were some from UK and the rest is not much.

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. The property was incredible with a lot of activities and kid-friendly areas. The stay was really worth the money because the food was really good with a lot of varieties of food. The hotel was all inclusive which made it worth it. The facilities were great and quite big.

location was good to reach if you have a car. Wasn't doable with public transport, is also not recommended. Food variety was okay, not bad but not diverse Also gave us a upgrade and we had a small pool in our room, which was fantastic.
