The best hospitality I have ever received! It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Mrs Anna and Mr Stavros. The detail in taking care of 5 people was a spectacle to observe. They are extremely welcoming, offering the best that the area has to offer. The room was quite spacious and five adults managed to find comfort. The room is equipped with a bathtub that could easily fit 2 adults, so ideal for a couple. We absolutely loved it and we are definitely visiting again. Thank you for the great experience in the tranquil village of Agios Dimitrios

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms were quite comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was delicious with great views of the village. Stuff were always polite and helpful. Spa facilities were clean with a good relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed 3 nights at Montecristo chalet on a long week-end ski outing at Mt. Kaimaktsalan (2,050-2,500m alt.), Macedonia's best ski resort in Greece. Nowhere in alpine Europe could we find such a better value for money ski village and hotel accommodation. The Macedonian chalet architecture and interior design are outstanding, bedroom comfy, breakfast wonderful. A special mention and expression of gratitude is due to Ms Sofia, our cheerful chalet host for her professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitely come back to Montecristo chalet at Palaios Aghios Athanasios village.
