I like that most people self cater or B&B therefore the resturants & bars are busy. The food is the best in Greece that I’ve experienced. The people are very friendly. It is easy to get around but could be a problem if you have mobility issues. Parga completely stole my heart! It’s such a romantic and charming town, perfect for evening strolls through the colorful streets and watching the sunset from the castle. The crystal-clear beaches are amazing for a relaxing day together, and the tavernas offer delicious food with a cozy atmosphere. The old town of Parga has this cool Mediterranian vibe - historic houses, narrow streets, numerous restaurants to every taste and shopping streets. On the otherside there is a path down to Valtos beach. Parga is hilly so the walk down to both town and beach entail a steep walk home up steps. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby on the ridge or above Valtos beach. Martha and her son are very welcoming and someone is always there to help if needed. Pool area was very relaxing with plenty shade or sun to suit everyone. Rooms modern, comfortable beds with a decent bathroom. Cleaned every day with fresh linens and towels as required.
