Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back next summer! We stayed at the resort (room 104), and everything is new, modernly built, with high-quality materials. We even had a small private pool, a terrace, and the room was quite spacious. The cleaning is done every day without you having to ask. The breakfast was very good and varied from day to day. The hotel’s private beach and the sea were exceptional! The sand was fine, and the sea was not too deep, perfect for families with children. The staff was very helpful but discreet at the same time. Next to the resort, there is a very nice taverna. Overall, a successful stay!

We stood in the room with direct access to the pool and it was exceptionally beautiful, calm and clean. The room and bathroom were beyond comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby.

Everything was great! This is our second stay at Lilium Luxury Suites and definitely not the last. The suites are situated in a close proximity to the beach and restaurant. The shop where you can buy everything you need is just downstairs. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the room itself if very clean, spacious and contains all the commodities you need during the stay.

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. Everything! Pool and territory is beautiful, quick access to the beach. We received a beautiful loft room with a balcony to the quiet side. Always fresh bottled water in the room, changed daily, room cleaned twice a day. Great AC you can regulate yourself. Tasty cocktails at the pool bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. Also I used the spa and purchased massage, it was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. We stayed 5 nights and would totally come back!

- Great location, out of the old town, but close enough that you can go and try some of the incredible local restaurants if you want to. - love the design of the property, the rooms were clever and luxurious and super comfortable beds! Also loved the Elemis products to use in our outdoor bath! - staff were amazing, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From flowers and champagne being delivered to our room as it was our honeymoon, to cold towels being delivered around the pool. - the pool area, gym and other facilities were spotlessly clean and beautiful. There was never a fight for seats as there are two pools. - food at the hotel was always high quality. The breakfast was super varied as well.
