The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with fantastic amenities that make for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff are the heart and soul of the hotel — incredibly kind, genuinely helpful, and always greeting you with a warm smile. Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, and we loved having a jacuzzi on the balcony to relax in after a hot day. It's in Agia Marina, and I think it has one of the best beaches around—completely sandy. Plus, the free sun beds and daily refreshed beach towels were great perks. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's even a waiter at the beach, so you can have food whenever you want. There were few people at the hotel since it's relatively small, which created a nice, cozy vibe. It's also close to water sports activities and the O Mylos Kerata restaurant, which is a must-visit. It's also pretty close to Chania and Kolymvari. The hotel offers airport transfers and can call a taxi for you to get to other places. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. Highly recommended!

We stood in the room with direct access to the pool and it was exceptionally beautiful, calm and clean. The room and bathroom were beyond comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people and it had alot of room. For such a busy and popular hotel it was so clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and has a huge selection of food in the all inclusive. The walk to the town was only 2 minutes

We had such an amazing experience at Domus Noruz—it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible, always kind and helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. A special thanks to Christina, who was wonderful and gave us some really nice local tips that made our stay even better. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was just spot-on. It was one of those places where everything comes together perfectly—the people, the space, the service. We’d definitely come back and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and easygoing experience in Chania.

We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views. The locals were incredibly welcoming and friendly. To explore more of Crete beautiful and popular beaches, you’ll need to hire a car, as many of them are spread out and not easily accessible by foot or public transport. It’s definitely worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
