Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

I was in the hotel for a week. In the middle of the trip I went to another island and returned back to the same hotel. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The girls at the front desk are very charming, courteous and helpful. The entire hotel staff is very eager to help.

The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

The place was gorgeous! Brand new, all top notch and super high end, alongside being the warmest and most helpful and accommodating staff! The extras - massage, facials and yoga - were incredible! The location is great with a direct route to the beautiful village of Megalochori - great location without heavy tourist traffic. We will definitely come back!

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Greece. Beautifully built at an intimate location. Hosts were exceptionally accommodating and made sure we were properly taken care of from arrival till departure. We stayed four nights and were still looking forward to waking up for breakfast the final day! Would love to come back again.

Fantasic 4 nights at Heyday, the property is stunning and spotlessly clean throughout, The beds are so comfortable, the walk in shower was fantastic, every detail seems to be taken care of by the staff, Even the towels smell great. The hot tub is definitely a bonus to have, and the wifi is super fast. The amazing and friendly staff are a credit to Heyday, Keep up the good work.

From the moment we arrived and witnessed the beauty of this place, to the last sunset we experienced, we felt as if we were underpaying for what we were living. We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛
