Our stay at Nima’s house was spectacular! Located in the charming town of Aitolikón, this traditional flat offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and authentic Greek charm. We stayed here last year, returned this year, and plan to rent it again next year. The stunning lake and mountain views from the spacious terrace and balcony are captivating. The apartment is beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms except the kitchen. The two bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. Just a short walk over the eastern bridge takes you to the heart of Etoliko, where you can explore local culture and enjoy traditional taverns and cafes. Conveniently, a bakery, kiosk, cafe, and a Greek tavern are right across the road. Free parking next to the premises made our stay even more hassle-free. In summary, Nima’s house offers stunning natural beauty, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions. We highly recommend this property for a serene and enriching Greek getaway. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable in general. Eleni the host was very kind and helpful for anything we asked. The location for us that go kite surfing in tsimari was ideal. The neighborhood is calm and safe and you can find anything you need nearby. The yard is big and the water hose very helpful for us that we need to rinse our equipment. We parked the car just outside the house.

Wonderful. A well built, spacious and elegant hotel with many original furnishings. A little bit of modern Greek history. Wonderful view from the balcony onto the sea. Friendly and helpful Staff. Very good WIFI connection! The town centre and museums are all within easy walking distance.
