Jorgos and Penelopy were exeptional, very helpful ,friendly, makes you feel like at home. The facilities provided were all we needed. Very clean and tidy. The location was perfect if you want to explore the region. Lefkada and Parga approximatelly 1 hour distance from the hotel. Preveza about 10 minutes by car. The small beach by the hotel was fully equipped with sun beds and imberellas provided free of charge from the hotel, the perfect sunset is the cherry on the top. 4 minutes by a car there is prefect beachbar Nicopolis which we highly recomend. Restorants tavernas and two supermarkets were in a walking distance from.the hotel. Jorgos and Penelopy thank you very much for the great hospitality, see you again for sure

Comfortable room in good location. Plenty of tavernas nearby. Owners very helpful & gave us lots of useful information about visiting sites in the area. They speak good English. Parking on the quiet road outside.

I like everything. The hosts were very friendly and helped for everything you need. The apartment is located in a small and quiet village, near Preveza and Lefkada. The cleanliness was excellent and they clean floors every day and change towels and sheets every 3 days. A beach is in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Monolithi beach is also organized beache with good Lithos beach bar and it is nearby Faros apartment.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The best place we stayed in Greece (and we traveled 4 times in different areas in Greece). We had everything we needed. The villa was clean, comfortable, the pool was amazing. It is very close to the beach, with a good restaurant( 4 Seasons) near by,a great fruit and vegetables market (Farmer's market) very close. Vana was a great host, always helping us with everything we needed. We really felt like home in this place, and Vana will be always in our hearts. Will definitely return next year.

The room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend it for families and for couples who look for comfort and long stays near Preveza. The room provides a hairdryer, clean towels and sheets, kitchenware, tableware and a beautiful balcony. The owner gives you a warm welcome and provides visitors with all the info they need to have a pleasant stay.

    Mitikas is good choice to spend a summer or any kind of vacation. We like that beach was not overcrowded like in other summer destination. Nice blue water, a lot of beautiful restaurants....We definitely recommend this area and will come back for sure.

    A wonderful small hotel where you can feel real Greece. Clean, with spacious terraces and air conditioning. Yorgos and Georgia will do everything possible to make you feel good and enjoy your vacation. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, bugazza, espresso and yogurt with honey. Bicycles are available for guests, which makes it extremely easy to get around. There's plenty to do all day in the surrounding area besides the beaches, just ask Georgia.     We happily found this place in a wonderful surrounding, not too far from the beautiful beach. The family host was friendly and welcoming, they brought us fish and meat from the grill one day. The beach mytikas is great. The TV could play my prime-account movies and they provide a washing machine. We definitely want to come back here! Thank you!
