The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

Best hospitality ever in Greece! The hotel owner Γιάννης and his team are so considerate welcomig enthusiastic efficient and professional. The receptionist team are so helpful and sweet. Food and drinks are very tasty. The housekeeping is so professional always take really good care of the room. The hotel has the best location for Apokrias activity! Highly recommending! The hotel really lighted up our everyday in Patras!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and the building were immaculate and very comfortable. The design and interior are fantastic. The garden with a pool and the roof terrace are incredible as well. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and lunch and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Our ferry was very late, requiring special instructions. We were very stressed, but reception was so kind and clear over the phone and via email. She even went up early with our room key to start the AC. Because we were so late, she offered us a later checkout. The triple room was exactly what we needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious!

I travel A LOT all over the world and I haven’t had this level of service in any 4-star hotel ever. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The room and all hotel areas were flawlessly clean. The traditional, carefully curated decoration of the hotel is something we will remember. They even offered us a cute little bed for our doggie and treats for us and for our dog upon arrival. If you go to Patra for any reason, this is the place. Don’t go anywhere else. You thought this was all? Not really … they even had a menu for pillows!!! As if the comfy bed and their excellent, default pillows were not enough. Lovely breakfast buffet with a combination of English and Greek breakfast too!

The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect!
