We stayed here for 6 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from shower gel and body lotion to a coffee machine, sweets, and snacks. There was even a hair iron provided, which was a very thoughtful detail. On top of that, the fridge was stocked with beer, water, cocktails, and even local wine provided by the host free of charge. It truly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Our host Stefanos is very polite, helpful, and always available for any request. The location is excellent, right in the center of Lixouri, with all the essential shops around, and you can easily reach everything by foot. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

It’s was very nice and clean which is what I really notice when I stay at places so this was just excellent. Very hospitable people as well and the location was super central and shop square was literally downstairs. Absolutely stunning!

The villa is located on a hill, between olive trees, with lots of flowers and pines around. The view simply takes your breath away. It was super clean, comfortable, very spacious and had many amenities. Wonderful hosts, very hospitable, helpful and friendly. They made sure that our stay was perfect! We highly recommend Villa Theano!!!

The apartment is great and it actually exceeded our expectations (the photographs do not do justice to what we found on arrival: it was much better than what you can see on the photos). Our host was amazing and extremely helpful, having fresh water and fresh fruits waiting for us on arrival!!! Moreover the apartment was cozy, clean and could easily accommodate a four person family! It is also situated very close to the port/center of Lixouri (less than 3 mins walk) which makes life easy if one wants to get around. Many thanks for the hospitality to our host!!! I will definitely book again if I decide to go back to Lixouri.

This is a real hidden gem. If you like nature, peace and animals (cats and friendly dog which are looked after by the owners) this is a place for you. The house is situated in the real Greek countryside, surrounded by olive trees and garden. No other houses around, no busy roads or noise. The space is sparkling clean, extremely comfortable and have all necessary equipment. And if you miss city life - reasonable size town is only 8 minutes drive away. Nancy is very helpful, attentive and the kindest host ever. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to try vegetables from the garden and her delicious home made olive oil. This place is definitely worth visiting. If we are around in the future we would love to stay here again!

The room was great, spacious and clean; the view to the sea magnificent. The host was very polite and friendly, helped us with everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this hotel, as it is also close to Lixouri (5 minutes by car)

    Loved Lixouri - lovely people, very pretty in the town by...

    Loved Lixouri - lovely people, very pretty in the town by the water, in the square and food delicious and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed ourselves - myself, my husband, daughter and her husband. Only point to note-not far to walk in but uphill walk back.

    Lixouri itself, it's a vibrant little town with plenty of restaurants and cafe's most of them by the sea front at a reasonable price were you can enjoy a drink or dinner whilst looking at the blue sea and clear skies. (If you like that sort of thing as I do)!

    Luxori is a wonderful unspoilt town.

    Luxori is a wonderful unspoilt town. There is a square with plenty of Greek tavernas and fish restaurants overlooking the port. If you want to feel like your in a traditional Greek town then Luxori is a great place.

    Staying in Lixouri gives the visitor a taste of authentic Greek life. In the central square you can hear and see children playing, parents gossipping, old men putting the world to rights. And all over a coffee or a frappé in the many cafes.

    Charming and somewhat unspoilt Greek Town.

    Charming and somewhat unspoilt Greek Town. The quayside is very pretty with lots of Tavernas to choose from enjoying great views of the bay and mountains beyond. Gets busier around the lively central square with variety of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from. Very Mediterranean feel with all age groups out and about enjoying themselves. During the evening the road is closed so pedestrians and restaurant staff can walk around freely. Ample free parking either end of the pedestrian zone. There's also a ferry to Argostoli which runs every 30 mins and takes 20 mins which is very handy - wish we had a chance to do this as Argostoli is worth the visit.

    Nice appartement, close to town center in a quiet neighbourhood and in a very reasonable price. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Kleio, the owner was very helpful and answered ia every question about Lixouri, the beaches, restaurants e.t.c. She even offered us as a gift a big bottle, 1 and a half liter of homemade rose local wine( Robola). Thank you Kleio. We would definitely again in her apartment at next visit to Lixouri and we will recommend it to our friends!

    I recommend Dolphins House with all my heart. They are wonderful people ready to help you with anything you need. The pictures do not capture the good quality of the facilities. Modern location with everything you need, very close to the center of Lixouri. Thank you to the owners for everything!

    Such an amazing property! Leah, the host, was exceptional - so warm and friendly, and always went out of her to way to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel was gorgeous and quiet, with stunning views, a serene pool and beautiful rooms with double balconies. Our rooms were cleaned every day!
