Beautiful hotel and spacious rooms. Great bars and restaurants and the staff were exceptional. It had great views and was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Agios Nicholis. Michalis who works at the Pool Bar was so friendly and helpful, he made us so welcome.

The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

Outstanding Service and Amazing Staff ! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed. Her kindness and quick thinking made a huge difference. Roula was amazing throughout our entire stay – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed around the hotel. The owners are lovely and very friendly. They go out of their way to please. The location is superb, and the views from the room to Mirabello Bay are breathtaking.
