We recently spent seven nights at this beautiful new hotel on the island of Kythnos and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. At first, we were a bit hesitant as it’s a brand-new property with no reviews at the time of booking — but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. From the moment we were welcomed by Mrs Maria, her husband, and the lovely team, we felt genuinely cared for. Their warmth and hospitality were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail had been thought through — from the welcome treats in the room to the personalised care throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was also incredibly smooth. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number, which made everything effortless — from food and beach service to general requests at any time of day. It made the whole experience feel seamless and thoughtful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy — with stunning views, a private pool, and interiors that reflect thoughtful design (something I really appreciate as an interior designer). The entire space felt like a peaceful haven. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Rather than a typical buffet, we were treated to a curated menu that changed daily — always fresh, always delicious, and more than generous. You’ll never get bored of the food here. The hotel also offers access to a beautiful, quiet beach just before the more well-known Kolona Beach. They provide sunbeds and umbrellas, and even offer buggy transport down with beachside food and drink service — a truly luxurious touch. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful we found this gem and will absolutely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends — it’s that good.

Lovingly furnished and immaculately kept studios with modern design & good quality. Lovely bay view from spacious balcony. 2 minutes from hot springs and beach. Kitchenette better equipped than most. Abundant hot water with no boiler waiting time. Olga was a very nice host, helpful and available.

    Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

    We had a wonderful time at this property.

    We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!

    A lovely island in the Cycladic complex, less than 2 hours away from Lavrio Port! Beautiful, exotic beaches for all tastes!🤩 A vast array of tavernas and restaurants offering a variety of quality, super yummy dishes!😋 Accommodation offered has been vastly upgraded overall this past decade or so! On the downside though, Kythnos is following the trend of becoming a rather expensive choice for many of us seeking reasonably priced getaways for our holidays...☹️

    A place for relaxation.

    A place for relaxation. There are a lot of beautiful beaches with clear blue waters, but the road for each of them is quite rough. The capital is amazing, cute and easy to walk alleys, with friendly locals and really tasty food!

    Great island with several wonderful beaches (some "organised" - eg Kolona, Apokrousi, some pristine and without facilities eg Gaidouromandra). Need a car to get around. Excellent food with a lot of local produce (a lot of excellent meat, fish and vegetables). Avoid August if you can - it gets rather crowded.

    It was amazing!! Our room was a dream!! The view is amazing!! It’s like a balcony to the Aegean Sea!! Also the room was very clean, spacious, new and the bed was comfortable. The outside area of the house is great for hanging out relaxing with the most amazing view. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near the main villages and also has many beaches nearby . Also the location is peaceful and is all you need to relax. Very kind host always willing to help with recommendations etc.

    Friendly and helpful staff, clean property, nice breakfast, quiet hotel. I stayed at one of the suites with private pool - they were cleaning the pool everyday. Very convenient location and in walking distance from Chora. I visited this hotel for the second time and I’m sure I’ll revisit this hotel and Kythnos again. The hotel staff made our visit at Kythnos so pleasant! I strongly recommend Chora Kythnos Suites.

    The hotel was in an excellent location - on a hillside overlooking the bay and village of Loutra but close enough to walk into the centre and to the beach. The room itself was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. And the hotel staff were very friendly and obliging.
