Beautiful property managed by a lovely family. The property and rooms are lovingly designed with such care and love. The rooms are comfortable with the most amazing beds. Best sleep while in Greece! Plenty of power sockets in the rooms. The rooms are so clean. The owners clean and maintain the property daily. We had breakfast one day and it was delicious. Highly recommended to start the day and better value than any restaurant at the port. Home made products, great coffee and juice. The beach is walking distance. Parking is available onsite

This hotel is exceptionally good. We have never met such great staff at an hotel; extremely caring, helpful and supportive. Always with a big smile on their face and super kind. The room has everything you need; extremely comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a fridge. The breakfast is very tasty and freshly made from Mrs.Filitsa. She is a great cook. Second time in Tinos but first time in Kardiani and I will definitely visit again. The property is very well located and our host did his outmost to make us feel welcome and share his passion for the island. The room was small but had access to the most gorgeous terrace overlooking the Aegean. The breakfast was good, served at our preferred time at the room or the terrace. Good selection of drinks and snacks at the mini bar. Great value for money! Perivoli restaurant is just 5 minutes away and we really enjoyed their fabulous cousine twice.

We really liked the fact that they cleaned the flat every...

We really liked the fact that they cleaned the flat every two days. Returning from the beach with sandy feet and wet swim wear can make a mess! Bedsheets and towels also new every two days which originally though would be too much but proved to be nice! Kionia is a peaceful area with a mini market and taverns-restaurants that are not crowded. No bars and clubs around. Perfect for relaxation. Mrs Tatiana and Mr Manthos are super warm and helpful. There were guests that had a dog…animal friendly place!The flat had all we wanted and more…we’ll definitely revisit in Tinos!

Great location with easy link to town by bus. Nice beach and local taverns which served lovely food at reasonable prices Easy walking to town if walking preferred (level 30 min walk) along beside the ocean

We stayed overnight in Tinos and had a lovely experience. Fabio kindly picked us up from the port, which made arrival easy—he was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a small but welcome balcony offering panoramic views over Tinos. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to prepare a simple dinner, which was perfect for a quiet night in. A hire car would be helpful if you’re planning to explore more of the island.

It was a beautiful apartment exactly next to the beach. It is not in Tinos town so you probably have to rent a car if you dont want to walk 30 plus minutes, but we knew this before going. The owner was waiting for us to give the keys. You can find multiple restaurants there so you dont have to go to Tinos.

The location of the complex is ideal, especially for families, within walking distance from Kionia beach. The studio ( the family apartment) was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. Both sisters and their mother (family run business) are very attentive.
