The hotel is just beautiful! It just celebrated its first birthday and everything is brand new an in best condition. The stuff is amazing and so super friendly, as well as discret. The location is optimal, as the area itself is quiet, no tourists walking around - but within a few steps you are in the city center of Rethymnon with all the beautyful spots.

The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended.  Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!! Amazing room, very comfy bed, great shower, extremely silent with what must have been triple windows, well equipped and modern kitchenette. And the staff was very kind, helpful and gave us great tips and recommendations. If we come back to Rethymno we are booking here again.

Staying at the Manor Chic Hotel in Rethymno was such a wonderful experience. The hotel combines the charm of a traditional setting with chic and luxurious details, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern comfort. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town—so we could easily wander through the beautiful streets of Rethymno, discovering amazing restaurants, hidden corners, and experiencing the city like locals. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to their kindness in helping me recover some clothes I had accidentally left behind—they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. I would highly recommend Manor Chic Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Rethymno while feeling like a local.
